Creature/Land and Vengevine Empty
PostSubject: Creature/Land and Vengevine   Creature/Land and Vengevine EmptyTue Aug 24, 2010 10:23 am

Dryad Arbor is the only creature that is also a land at all times. I was wondering how this card would interact with Vengevine, so I went to the gatherer, and the rulings on this card state that it is not a spell. So, unless I am mistaken, playing Dryad Arbor does not help get your Vengevine back onto the battlefield. I just figured I'd post this up so that people would know.

Yeap. Makes sense to me.

I forgot about these cards from future sight that come into play but don't count as spells being cast. I dont think this was the only set in Magic to feature cards like this.
