You may cast nonland cards as though they had flash.

The fact that you can put it into play immediately is insane, and it'll definitely open the door to more of a permissions style control build post M11 since you can play a more counter-intensive strategy with all of your plays at the end of opponents turn.

Flash in your Baneslayer, Jace or Gideon at end of opponents turn? Cast Day of Judgment after they activate two manlands and swing in? Yes please!

Edit: Plus here's hoping this is a cycle with one of these leylines in each color.
