According to a recent article on Serebii, the games Pokemon Black and White recieved a perfect 40/40 score from Famitsu magazine. This puts them in a top class of games, since they are the 15th game to achieve this.
On top of this, even among Pokemon games rated in the magazine, Black and White are the highest scored generation.
